Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum will visit India between 8 and 9 April 2025. This will be his first official visit to India. The visit is aimed at further strengthening India-UAE (United_Emirati) bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation in strategic areas.
Meetings with Modi, Jaishankar The Dubai Crown Prince will hold a meeting with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar
immediately after his arrival in India . Later,With Prime Minister Narendra ModiThey will hold a working lunch together. During these meetings, issues that will further strengthen the strategic relations between the two countries will be discussed.

Indian Community Relations
The Ministry of External Affairs said that around 4.3 million Indians live and work in the UAE. During this time, the visit will further strengthen the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with regard to Indians in Dubai. The visit aims to further strengthen the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The Crown Prince will also visit Mumbai to hold a
business roundtable
meeting with prominent business leaders from both sides. The interaction, it said, will further strengthen future economic and trade cooperation. The visit will aim to enhance cooperation in the areas of trade, investment, technology and infrastructure. Since the launch of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2017, trade relations between the two countries have grown significantly.
Trade volume, other sectors
In 2023-24, the UAE became India's third largest trading partner, with exports exceeding $35.62 billion. The value of India's exports from the UAE crossed $48 billion. Trade is diverse, including petroleum, gems, jewelry, food items, textiles, chemicals, and engineering goods.
