Posani: Additional sections against Posani.. High Court is extremely angry

A key turning point has taken place in the cases registered against renowned film actor and political analyst Posani Krishna Murali . Although the High Court had earlier ordered a notice under Section 35(3) and sought an explanation , the court was angered by the unexpected inclusion of Section 111 (Organized Crime). The High Court found this move seriously wrong and called it a violation of the rules in the police system.

Court notices to Sullurpet CI

The High Court has issued notices to the Sullurpet CI to show cause why contempt of court action should not be taken against Posani for adding additional sections. The judges said that acting without heeding the earlier orders would be an attempt to undermine the authority of the High Court. The court commented that this could become an insult to the judicial system.

Case filed on charges of insulting TTD chairman

The TV5 channel staff had complained to the police about Posani Krishna Murali's previous comments against the TTD chairman. The police registered a case based on their complaint. However, the illegal actions being taken towards the addition of sections in the case have now led to a heated debate in the court. This case is also becoming a topic of discussion in state politics.
