TPCC: Four working presidents for TPCC?
Key changes are underway in the Telangana State Congress Committee (TPCC) . After appointing Mahesh Kumar Goud, a BC community member , as the TPCC president , the party is reportedly planning to appoint four working presidents with the aim of further strengthening the PCC. The party aims to select prominent people from the SC, ST, minority and Reddy communities among these four.
PCC expansion to give priority to all communities
With this decision, the Congress party is taking a step towards strengthening equality and representation at the state level. According to Gandhi Bhavan sources, these changes are part of an effort to expand the PCC to give priority to all communities. As per party sources, the appointment of working presidents is expected to give a new impetus to the party organizationally.
